New U.S. proposed economic stimilus plan to revitalize renewable energy in three years

Obama is starting off great with some tremendous plans that will help the U.S. correct some of our mistakes and get us onto the right path of sustainability and growth! Lets hope... As part of his new economic stimulus plan that will require $825 billion of government recovery funds, renewable energy is a large part of this plan! That in of itself of saving energy will put money into many of our pockets! Not only will the stimulus plan save about 3 to 4 million jobs, but will also invest in renewable energy development and increase the value and efficiency of health care. That is a pretty tall goal that if this plan works, Obama can be an American hero! So what is part of the energy renewable investment that will kick start this industry? The investment will :
1. Enable more development in wind energy technology.
2. Enable more development in solar energy technology.
3. Enable more development of biofuels opportunities.
4. Even the potential of installing electrical grids with 3,000 miles of transmission lines convering most of the company. Hmmmm, now the first three sound really good that will not only save money and help the economy. Even will slow the process of the global warming crisis (biofuels is debatable as it emits more or just as much as fossil fuels). But the last idea of a giant electrical grid with 3,000 miles of transmission lines may be debatable of more a detriment to the environment depending on the source of the energy to generate the electricity. If they realize, oop, we need to do this right away and just build more coal power plants to generate the electricity, that will be major set back for environment causing our next generations to not enjoy the Earth as we do. Lets hope Obama and his team is seriously considering and will implement the energy source to be from solar or wind. That would be quite the accomplishment. It seems that renewable energy development would be the HOT jobs or companies to start if you are an entreprenuer at heart! Obama plans to invest $100 billion in private sector development and implementation of renewable energy! That is exciting that will develop and stimulate the economy in saving hourds of money at the consumer and industry level! Energy renewable opportunities is definately one of the answers to a strong economy. The U.S. needs to catch up to other countries in not being as dependant on fossil fuels! Do you endorse this plan?
